What you'll do
In this fun half-day class, you will get to make and take sashimi and teriyaki chicken, as well as some of the sushi classics, including salmon and avocado maki rolls and tempura vegetable California rolls.
Your seasoned chef will kick things off with a warm welcome before diving into a demonstration of sushi making from start to finish. You'll master different rolling techniques and cover the best ways to work with raw fish before you learn how to cook the perfect sushi rice for your meal.
Whether you're looking for fun team building activities, unique gift experiences, or birthday party ideas for the sushi lover in your life, this hands-on workshop is a great chance to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into sushi making!
At the end of your class, you will leave with your freshly prepared selection of sushi, feeling confident enough to start experimenting with different flavour combinations when you get home.
