What you'll do
Celebrate the fresh flavours of Spain and learn how to cook some traditional tapas dishes.
Guided by an expert chef tutor, you'll be taught how to work with fresh ingredients to create a selection of delicious tapas dishes to savour.
Sample menu:
- Broad beans with serrano ham.
- Padron peppers
- Patatas bravas.
- Polpete meatballs.
- Spanish tortilla.
- Chorizo in red wine.
You'll gain a range of cooking skills as your class progresses. By the end of your cooking class, you'll be able to confidently replicate all the dishes you've made independently. You'll be ready to cook a Spanish feast for your friends and family at home!
