Discover the delicious tastes of the far east and learn to cook a tasty Indian feast in this inspiring cooking class.

Guided by your experienced and friendly teacher, you'll learn to cook a tasty three-course Indian meal from scratch, exploring new flavours and creating various regional treats from Goa to Kerala.

This cooking class excites the senses and the mind – immerse yourself in a world of new spices, textures and flavours and nourish yourself with some deliciously healthy homemade dishes.

Join this Indian cuisine class by yourself to learn new skills and connect with like-minded others, or take part with your family and friends and explore delicious Indian cookery together. As part of your class, you'll share food stories, learn about different blends of spices and find out how various herbs and ingredients can benefit your health and wellbeing.

Guided by your expert teacher, you'll learn to make a range of spice mixes and sauces and will be taught how to cook three delicious Indian dishes, gaining lots of culinary techniques and tips as you go.

After your cooking experience, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a drink with your fellow cooks as you discuss the new recipes you've tried. By the end of your class, you'll have some great new Indian dishes to add to your repertoire, as well as a range of new cooking skills to use independently for future feasts!

I'm Anita and I run Hobby Cooks cooking school from our family kitchen. We aim to inspire people of all ages and abilities to enjoy cooking and create lasting memories. You don't have to be a foodie to enjoy learning to cook with Hobby Cooks! Our classes are delivered in a very informal way, giving everyone the chance to share food stories and explore delicious dishes from Asian cuisines.
