You'll be welcomed into the custom-built cookery school, nestled in the heart of Glasgow's West End. On the hunt for a heartwarming gift experience for your food friend? This Glasgow activity is perfect for a birthday or Christmas treat.
Over two and a half to three hours, you will be guided through a mouthwatering recipe for several dishes with plenty of support from the Ashoka chef. This Indian cooking class will give you the skills and knowledge to recreate some of your restaurant favourites in our own kitchen and at home.
By the end of the cooking class, you will get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour and ask your chef any questions you may have.
Dishes may included:
- Butter Chicken, Chicken Bhoona Karahi, Chicken Tikka Masala, or Chicken Korma.
- Chaat, Daal, or Vegetable Sabzi with accompanying sauce or salad.
- Popadoms and spiced onions.
- Pakora and pakora sauce.
- Fried Rice.
- Roti.
