What you'll do
Learn to safely and effectively use your knife for cooking preparation at this useful life skills workshop in Didsbury.
Guided by an expert teacher, you'll be shown to chop, slice and dice like a pro, learning how to choose the right knife for the job and how to use your knives safely.
Enhancing your knife skills makes short work of your meal prep and allows you to get the best out of your ingredients and presentation.
Once you've learnt the essentials, you'll put your new knife skills to the test as you prepare and cook some dishes of your own. You'll enjoy eating these dishes at the end of your class and any leftovers can be taken home with you.
By the end of your knife skills class you'll have some new kitchen skills to use at home and will be able to safely and confidently enhance your meal prep!
