Try this sushi-making class in London and learn how to emulate the sushi making masters by making your own sushi! Roll on!

This fun and hands-on sushi workshop teaches you how to make your own mouth-watering rolls without the eye-watering price tag. It’s time to impress your friends and family with your very own authentically homemade Japanese sushi at home. This is a perfect cooking class to enjoy with a bunch of mates, mum or dad or your other half for that all-important date night with a twist.

Your experienced chef teachers will welcome you into their friendly family-run kitchen for this brilliantly unique night of relaxed culinary mastery. The class will kick off with a detailed demonstration where you'll learn the essentials of making sushi, from cooking the sushi rice and prepping the fillings to mastering those important sushi knife skills and finally, constructing the sushi.

You will then get to try your own hand at making some sushi, with your expert teachers on hand to help if you need and then after an enjoyable night spent mastering sushi, you will sit down with old and new friends alike to enjoy your delectable creations together!

Throughout your sushi making experience, you'll gain a range of skills and will learn how to handle fish, how to season your sushi and how to balance your flavours. You'll develop your confidence as you go so that by the end of your sushi making workshop, you'll have all the skills and know-how you need to enjoy making your own sushi from scratch at home.

This class can be made suitable for GF, vegan and vegetarian diets on request.

Please note:
This class is suitable for 16-year-olds and above however under 16s are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult/guardian, everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
