What you'll do
My cookery classes are fun, informative, and interactive, whether booking alone, as a pair, or in a group. They appeal to all food lovers who want to learn how to cook authentic South Asian (Pakistani/Indian) food or expand on the skills they already have.
All classes are very much hands-on, with demonstrations from me if you like. They are individually tailored to suit whatever level of cooking you are comfortable with.
All classes include a discussion on authentic spices and cooking techniques, all ingredients and equipment, recipes for all dishes (including a recipe pack for you to keep), and you also get to keep the food that you have cooked!

I’m Shya from Pakistan, currently in the UK. I give people a truly authentic immersion into South Asian cuisine. I grew up in the kitchen alongside my Mama (mother), Dadi and Nani Maa (Grandmothers) in Pakistan, learning their traditional family recipes that have been handed down through the generations. I have always been a foodie & from an early age insisted my mother to teach me how to cook. Good food has a way of bringing families and friends together.
I have always enjoyed cooking for my family, friends, colleagues, & dreamt of one day starting my own food business to share my passion with others.
