Kintsugi Pottery Class for Beginners
I’ve been looking forward to doing this for ages and it was worth waiting for! The teacher was excellent, friendly, funny and informative. Great venue, the other participants were lovely and the resources we used were really good. The only problem was too many beautiful bowls to choose from, we all had bowl envy and couldn’t decide!!

Very friendly and very welcoming, Steve and Angie are true artisans in thier field of glass work. Fun, friendly and very informative made for a brilliant class of glass blowing, the hands on experience was whole lot more than I expected, highly recommend paying them a visit. Came away with some wonderful pieces of hand made glass, created by myself. Plan to re visit for another awesome session. I booked this as a gift for my best friend's birthday. We're both very creative and love candles, so this was an ideal workshop to make memories. The host was humorous and explained the process very well. There were an array of scented oils to choose from. Excellent class. I loved every minute of making my highland cow. I added a flower on her head at the last minute which is not shown on my photo below. Can't wait to book in and paint her. Very clear instructions from Norma (I think) tutor and very kind and patient. Thank you

This was a great introduction to leatherwork. Natasha is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice on tools and other courses. It's a great one day workshop, set at a good pace. Natasha uses good quality materials which meant the bag looked really nice when put together. I highly recommend this course.

I have tried to teach myself to crochet online and with books without success. I decided a real human might be a better option and it was! There was a small group of 5, which was perfect as it meant that Jess (our teacher) could help us all individually. Jess was great, she was very patient and explained everything clearly and had time for everyone. I learned to make a foundation chain, double stitches and treble stitches. It has given me the confidence to try at home and I am just practicing now! Thank you. + more

Well where to start, this was a birthday gift and one of the best experiences I love cooking but hadn't really attempted Thai before so this was a great chance to do that. Our Host/Lead Chef Ginny was fantastic and so welcoming. From the start it felt relaxed and Ginny has a great way of putting you at ease and a great sense of humour. The set up was fantastic with each attendee having their ownWell where to start, this was a birthday gift and one of the best experiences I love cooking but hadn't really attempted Thai before so this was a great chance to do that. Our Host/Lead Chef Ginny was fantastic and so welcoming. From the start it felt relaxed and Ginny has a great way of putting you at ease and a great sense of humour. The set up was fantastic with each attendee having their own little station. Cleanliness was everything was on point with hand washing facilities readily available and sanitizer. Ginny was also great in making sure we kept on top of that. When it came to the cooking itself, it was great that instead of everyone just staying at their station and just doing the "follow me" method Ginny actively participated and got everyone involved in group tasks as well as individual. Throughout we learned new techniques, foodstuffs (check out galangal and tumeric in its natural form not powdered!) and storing tips etc. The food we ended with was absolutely delicious and we all sat down with it and ate together (which felt very grown up and civilised). I think though, what I enjoyed most was the cameraderie of the group. We met some great people and had a really nice mix. Working together, then cooking and eating together created such a nice bond and just elevated the experience. Honestly can't thank Ginny enough it was such a fantastic evening and I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be attending again - especially the sounds of the Christmas one which one of the other guests had previously attended and made me jealous! Thanks again Ginny and we'll definitely be back so see you soon! + more

The Ultimate Pasta Making Experience
Had a very nice evening learning to cook simple Italian pasta dishes with Davide. Relaxed atmosphere and good conversation. Left feeling like we could really make fresh pasta at home. Davide was a great host and encouraging teacher. Went with two teenagers, and it was a nice family time for us.

Two-Hour Taster Pottery Wheel Class
We attended as a family with my 2 teenage children. It was so much fun, we felt very welcome and under the expert supervision managed to make a few respectable pieces. I would highly recommend it for a value for money, fun morning activity. We will definitely return to paint and glaze the pieces and are looking at booking again for the full day.

Rattan Basket Weaving Workshop
Elena was an amazing teacher and our little group had a wonderful time learning from her. She was patient and keen for us to succeed. Rattan is a beautiful material to work with and it wasn’t too difficult for us beginners. We came away with pieces we were very glad to have made!

I recently had the pleasure of trying my hand at spoon carving on a workshop with Roli. Overall it was a great experience. The tools and wood were provided, along with Roli's detailed knowledge. It was a far more relaxing experience than I was anticipating but the most rewarding part is that I'm left with a hand-carved spoon that's looks fantastic and that I'll actually use. This was my second class with India Inspired Crafts - I find Harsha and Wayne really welcoming and enabling. I’ve learnt some new skills and thoroughly enjoyed the session. The library location is really comfortable and a great space with lots of natural light. Today’s session was kantha which can be enjoyed by all regardless of previous experience (you can do as much or as little as you like).This was my second class with India Inspired Crafts - I find Harsha and Wayne really welcoming and enabling.
