In Japan, a home meal is served in one course, with several dishes. The rice is the central point of this meal, accompanied by a variety of foods which are cooked in different ways.

Try this hands-on cooking class in Milton Keynes and learn to make a feast of classic Japanese dishes.

You'll be guided by an experienced chef tutor in an informal and fun cooking environment. You'll be taken through the preparation and cooking processes step by step, learning through demonstrations and hands-on practice.

Really enjoyed the class, learnt a lot - step by step guidance but space to have fun as a couple too and get on with it! The food was delicious - sushi, dumplings which were our fav, a dipping sauce, Katsu curry and steamed fish
