Christmas Come Dine with Me Challenge for Teams

On the hunt for a team building event to enjoy with your colleagues, family, or friends over the festive period? You’ve seen the program, now immerse yourself in the true Come Dine With Me experience at this Christmas cooking class!

Your host will provide a warm welcome before dividing your group into smaller teams, ready to go head to head as you learn to cook a tasty two or three-course meal using raw seasonal ingredients and exclusive recipes.

Got a few team members who don't know how to cook? No worries, your Michelin Star trained chef will provide an in-depth cookery demonstration covering knife handling, presentation techniques and all of the technical aspects of the dishes before handing things over to you.

You'll have a whole host of festive fun with your team as you select a head chef, don your Christmas hats and get cooking! From preparing a table setting with all the trimmings and serving each other to judging the competitions food, your group will be in charge of every aspect of the evening.

The winning team from each course will then go before your talented teacher to be judged on aspects like the representation of the dish, creativity, teamwork and taste!

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

• Smoked salmon carpaccio with horseradish cream and beetroot caviar on dressed salad.
• Norfolk bronze turkey ballotine with homemade cranberry and herb stuffing served with seasonal market vegetables and a red wine jus.
• Classic sticky toffee pudding with chantilly cream and butterscotch.

• The teacher can accommodate most dietary requirements.
• The event duration is flexible and can last between 1-6 hours, depending on the size of the group and your requirements.
• Our pop-up cookery school can travel to your choice of venue nationwide. We work in partnership with many leading hotels, spas and venues across the UK and can help source an appropriate venue with overnight accommodation for your company. Alternatively, we can hold an event on your company premises.
