Scream for Pizza is a Neapolitan Pizza company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Scream for Pizza first began when owners, Victoria and Alex, trained as pizzaiolos in Naples, Italy at the celebrated La Notizia pizzeria. Upon arriving home they set up a hugely successful mobile pizza business with one goal in mind — to make pizza worth screaming about!
Scream for Pizza now has a thriving restaurant in Sandyford, Newcastle and creates traditional Neapolitan pizza like never before with some surprising fusions of the world’s favourite dishes as well as local ingredients, making their pizzas delicious and utterly tantalising!

This class was the most wonderful experience. Huge thanks to the Scream Team for an incredible birthday celebration. The waiting staff gave us a lovely warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the class. The pizza chefs were very knowledgeable and great fun. I got some great tips on making pizzas in our home pizza oven. All of our creations were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend this class. It’s excellent value for money!

An amazing class! I took part with a group of my colleagues and had so much fun learning how to make Neapolitan pizza from scratch. Our teachers were so knowledgeable and covered pizza making history before demonstrating techniques and letting us take over. The selection of toppings was fantastic and included vegetarian and vegan options. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for fun group activities!

Had so much fun during the class! The teachers were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the history of pizza and the process of making them. They demonstrated every step of how to make a pizza from start to finish and then really helped me each step of the way while I was making my own and the best part is getting to eat your creation at the end. I was really proud at what I had created at the end of the class and It’s really given me the confidence and motivation to make my own pizzas at home for friends and family. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who enjoys pizza or cooking in general!

We had such an amazing time in this class! The teachers were incredibly friendly, fun, and informative. They talked us through the history of pizza and how they got started in the business. We had plenty of drinks and food whilst taking turns in pairs to make our pizzas, from shaping the dough, adding toppings, and cooking in the pizza oven. The best part was eating it afterward, which felt all the better knowing you had made it yourself. I would 100% recommend this class to everyone and if I lived in Newcastle I would be taking part regularly. They also cater to veggies/vegans with so many options. Get it booked!

Really loved this pizza making class! The teachers were soo knowledgeable and lovely and they helped us to make some really delicious pizzas. We learnt how to prepare the dough, add toppings and slide the pizza into the amazing pizza oven. There were plenty of vegan options and lots of care was taken to ensure utensils for vegan food were separate which I really appreciated. The teachers learnt to make pizza in Naples and know so much about pizza The restaurant is a lovely space for a class and we were all made to feel really welcome. Such a good class, thank you!

Fantastic class! Our group did this as a team building activity and had such a wonderful time. Victoria and Alex who taught the class were super engaging, helpful and informative - we learned loads about Neapolitan pizza and got to make lots of delicious pizza.
The venue is very accessible from Newcastle city centre. I would definitely recommend for any kind of group event - parties, hen/stag do's, team building!

I'm so glad I picked Scream for Pizza to host my sister's hen party! They were super flexible and helpful in letting us bring our own little touches to the party, like party bags and little bits of decor.
All of the lovely team working were awesome and helpful, and choose a brilliant soundtrack that seemed perfectly customised to the attendees.
The pizzas themselves were delicious, the management of the flow of the afternoon was a slick operation, and I really appreciated that they turned it into a little competition, adding even more fun to the occasion!
I'll definitely be booking again for future group events - Class Bento made it all super simple and easy to sort, too.
