This six-hour workshop will have you exploring new techniques in the kitchen as you learn how to cook a fantastic range of tapas dishes. Your expert teacher will spend the day showing you loads of different simple dishes with easy-to-follow recipes that will turn into an amazing spread of food, including the famous paella.
The qualified chef guiding your Spanish cooking class will take you through a few demonstrations before you get stuck in yourself. Learning in a supportive and warm environment, you will easily pick up new skills and learn important health and safety tips too.
As well as learning the Spanish recipes, you will also be building your confidence with knife skills, food preparation and how to balance flavours. By the end of this class, you will be able to plate up beautiful creations and enjoy what you've made.
