- Boning (meat).
- Filleting (fish).
- Paring – peeling and preparing.
You'll also learn dish preparation and presentation skills and will cook:
- Chorizo and bean broth.
- Mackerel with orange and beetroot salad.
- Ginger and honey chicken wings.
- Apple tart fine with ice cream.
You'll sit down with your group to enjoy the delicious dishes you've cooked using your new food prep skills and you'll finish your class with some strong new culinary skills to use at home.
