Say goodbye to takeaways and discover the joy of a homemade curry! In this Edinburgh cooking class, you'll learn how to cook a delicious curry with spiced rice - perfect for when you're short on time but still craving something delicious.
Your friendly and passionate teachers from Edinburgh New Town Cookery School will go through the step-by-step process of creating a homemade spice paste for the chicken. While that's cooking, you'll prepare the spiced rice to go along with it.
Vegetarian and vegan students will use sweet potato and butternut squash instead of chicken - we've got you all covered! You'll leave with a tasty recipe that you'll come back to time and time again.
By the end of the class, you'll proudly pack up your curry creation, ready to savour the fruits of your labour in the comfort of your own home.
You’ll make:
- Ayam Kapitan (Captains Curry) either with chicken or vegetarian alternative
- Spiced Basmati Rice
