Explore Indian cuisine from your home and learn to bake a traditional parantha bread loaf with this delicious online class.

Parantha is a whole-wheat bread commonly eaten as breakfast in the north of India and in your teacher's home city of Berlin. It is mostly made with whole wheat flour. Fibre-rich parantha is a great way to kickstart your day and can be made plain with just oil, salt and pepper. It can also be stuffed with potatoes, onion, paneer, chickpea flour or other delicious ingredients.

Guided by your expert teacher, you'll start your bread making workshop by making your own dough. You'll then be shown how to roll it into a parantha and shallow fry it with ghee. Your teacher will demonstrate how best to enjoy your delicious parantha with a variety of pickles, butter and yoghurt. There are endless ways that you can include this healthy bread into your diet and also fuse it with your own cuisine.

This fun cooking class is ideal for groups and team-building exercises. It's a great class if you're keen to learn new skills and add a new bread dish to your repertoire. By the end of your online workshop, you'll have a host of new knowledge and the confidence to make this tasty food independently.
