We managed to squeeze in making Risotto, Tirimasu, Foccacia bread and Gnocchi. Our tutor Sofia was very knowledgeable and gave lots of support during all of the stages. The course was fun and interactive where I felt relaxed and enjoyed the company of all the attendees.

The cooking space was excellent and there was a huge dining table for all 10 of us to sit and enjoy our creations. The ingredients were all good quality and Bav, without request from us, went and bought extra ingredients for those with preferences or allergies. There was so much food to go around which was a nice surprise for us. We would 100% recommend doing this!
