Whether you're a beginner or more experienced baker, this hands-on workshop will teach you all the tips and tricks you need to create delicious buttery cookies filled with creamy pineapple.
Guided by friendly chefs Hanna and Simon, you'll begin by exploring the history of this traditional Chinese dessert, gaining some brilliant knowledge and skills before you apron up and get baking!
You'll receive plenty of one-to-one support from Simon and Hanna as you have fun at every stage of the baking process, from making your pineapple paste and cookie pastry to wrapping and decorating your finished snacks.
You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioner. Often gets private class in weekdays.
In this class, you'll learn to:
- Make pineapple paste.
- Make cookie pastry.
- Fill your pastry correctly.
- Wrap up your cookies.
- Create beautiful surface patterns.
- Bake your cookies to perfection!

Refund and Reschedule

- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.

Knowledge required
- Beginners are welcome.
- Children over 14 are welcome as long as with paid adults. Everyone requires a ticket. Children learn better when parents participate.
- A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. Your class will be cancelled without a refund if you fail to provide proof. It is for your safety and required by the insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to continue. Thank you for your understanding.
