Bubble Tea Cake Class

Do you love cakes? Do you love bubble tea? This is the cooking class for you. Come along and discover how to whip up a flavourful bubble tea inspired cake that's sure to put a smile on your face. During this class, we will teach you to make a delcious chiffon cake with a fun bubble tea flavour. You will then top the cake with some flavourful cheese cream before decorating it with scrumptious tapioca pearl bubbles in melted brown sugar – yum!You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioner. Often gets private class if booking in weekdays. During this baking class, you will learn:

• Prepare cake dough.
• Prepare cheese cream.
• Prepare tapioca pearl bubbles.
• Prepare melted brown sugar.
• To bake the cake.
• To assemble all together.

Beginner baker? Don't worry, your friendly teacher will be there to guide you each step of the way. At the end of the class, you can try your cake there and then or take it home to share with families and loved ones. Perfect for those looking for birthday gift ideas, Valentine's Day activities or thoughtful and unique Mother's Day presents. Please note:

• Any age is welcome and all require a ticket for each person.
• Allergens include gluten, egg and milk.
• Please do not bring your own drinks or food to the class.
• This class does not suitable for pregnant women and young children as the workload and the length of class.
• The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.

Add-on Classes

• All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
• Surely you would like to add some drinks to make the class more fun.
• You can also learn how to sharpen your kitchen knives. Bring one in if safe to do so.
• If you choose Valentine Special Add-on, you will make a special rose flavoured cake.
• If you want to make more cakes, you can select Extra Flavour in add-on.

This class can be held online as well as at client site. Please send a message to the teacher to discuss the details.Refund and Reschedule

• There is no refund if you cannot attend the session.
• Please book the dates you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings. We worked extremely hard and never cancelled or rescheduled a single class in last 10 years due to our reasons. We would ask our customers to help us to keep it that way.
• Our preparation starts from the minute receiving your booking. Reschedule is also wasting valuable booking slots as other customers cannot booked into your seats.
• That's the reason reschedule will be charged a minimum £50 fee. And must be informed and paid no later than 1 week in advance. It is not enough to cover the rent. It is for you to reconsidering the reschedule.
• The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.
• The last to mention, laterness. Please arrive earlier to allow the class starts on time. It is to respect other customers who booked the same class. Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.

• Beginner-friendly!
• A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
