What you'll do
Treat your taste buds to authentic delicious spring rolls and summer rolls made by you with this Asian cooking class in London! Learn from an expert as you make these delicious treats from scratch.
Don't worry if you're new to cooking, this beginner-friendly class will guide you through the process step-by-step along with clear visual demonstrations and support. You will learn all about the different history and techniques behind the two and what makes them different. You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioner. Often gets private class in weekdays.
During this cocking class you'll learn:
- The difference between spring rolls and summer rolls
- How to make pork, veg, and sweet fillings!
- How to wrap and cook with different pastry.
- How to create a complimentary sauce.
Once you're all done with your batch of spring and summer rolls, you can enjoy them in the class or take them home for later. You'll head home with a happy belly full of tasty Asian rolls and the skills to make more — so if you're looking for fun things to do in London or foodie adventures near you, don't miss out on this special Asian cooking class!
Please note:
- Gluten in spring rolls.
- Soy is in soy sauce used in flavouring.
- Crustaceans in summer rolls.
- Spring roll common filling is made with pork. If you want to make vegan friendly, please inform your tutor after booking.
- If you have dietary requirements, please get in touch with your teacher once you've made your class booking.
Add-on classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- Why not add some classes and learn how to whip up more delicious Asian dishes.
- Surely you can add some drinks to make the class more fun.
This class can be held online as well as at client site. Please send a message to the teacher to discuss the details.
Notice
- Please do not bring your own drinks or food to the class.
- This class does not suitable for pregnant women and young children as the workload and the length of class.
Refund and Reschedule
Please book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
- Possibility of Reschedule is very limited and will be charged £50 per booking.

Knowledge required
- Beginners-friendly.
- Children over 14 are welcome as long as with paid adults. Every one requires a ticket. Children are learning better when parents participate.
- A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
