During this five-session course, you will learn the following:

- Fruit tea-based bubble tea drinks.
- Smoothie based bubble tea drinks.
- Coffee based bubble tea drinks.
- Fizzy drink based bubble tea drinks.
- Mock-tail based bubble tea drinks
- Bubble tea concept based desserts.
- You will also learn to make bubble balls in different flavours. Along with learning how to make jelly, pudding, ice cream and a cream top that can be used in all different types of bubble tea drinks.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to taste all best selling drinks on our menu — a super treat for people who love bubble tea!
After you've learned everything there is to know about boba, you can make them for friends at a party, kick start your new bubble tea business venture or just to treat yourself at home!

We are a wife-and-husband team running a small shop called Oriental Food in North London. Our little shop sells cooking ingredients from China, Japan and Korea – as well as other Asian countries!
As the shop is not big enough to be a one-stop shopping destination, we like to curate the food and ingredients we sell and focus on introducing only the ingredients we love to the local community.
As we both have a passion for cooking and sharing our love of food with others, we started to cook our own dishes to sell in our shop. If customers like the dish, we love showing them the ingredients that have been used from our shop!
As the dishes got increasingly popular, we started to sell freshly prepared Bentos and even started doing local delivery (find us on UberEats and Deliveroo).
More and more people came to us to ask how we cook our dishes and that's how our fun and friendly cooking classes and tasting experiences were born! Come along and let us share with you our authentic cooking techniques as well as modern culinary trends. That's right, you can make the perfect Chinese, Japanese and Korean food too!

It was very helpful and Mr Simon was very friendly. You will be able to try lots of drinks and learn how to make your own tapioca balls and drinks.
Make sure you bring a hoody or something to wear when it gets cold(when you are doing 5 hour session) as you will be surrounded by fridges and cold shelves.

The teacher was very passionate, friendly, informative, and great.
The venue was well prepared and had all the requirements.
The course was informative and the teacher had a lot of experience on how to save in this business , being cost effective, and how to manage operations on a small scale.
Plus you get to know where you can order supplies and how to spend wisely on supplies (including alternatives if you run out of ingredients or supplies).
Learned how to prepare, store and cook Tapioca and several types of bubble tea [milk based, tea based, fruit based, and other].
Learned how to make cream cheese as well and how to control milk & tea density for flavorful bubble tea.
The Milk Tea Chiffon Cake was amazing, the Black Sugar Milk Tea and Strawberry Green Tea were so yummy Must learn !
