What you'll do
In this exciting workshop, you will learn the art of creating a delightful oriental dessert - the Mille-Feuille Crepe Cake. Yes, you heard it right! This beautiful and irresistible dessert is made up of layers upon layers of thin crepes, delicately stacked with luscious cream in between.
Don't worry if you've never tried your hands at making this dessert before. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the process, from mixing the perfect crepe batter to piping the creamy filling. You will also learn tips and tricks for creating beautifully layered cakes that are sure to impress your friends and family.
You will learn:
- How to make crepe batter.
- To whip up some delicious cream.
- How to craft the perfect layers.
- To assemble your crepe cake.
But this workshop is not just about learning a new skill. It's a fun and interactive activity that allows you to unleash your creativity in the kitchen. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with different flavours and toppings, making each cake truly unique.

Add-on Class
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- If you choose Valentine Special Add-on, you will make a special heart-shaped rose flavoured cake, instead the normal round one.
- You can choose an extra flavour to make another cake. Options from but not limited to, Oreo, Mango fruit, Strawberry fruit, Pineapple fruit, Matcha etc.
- You can learn to make other popular oriental desserts in the same class as well.
Please note:
- For special dietary requirements, please get in touch before booking the class.
- Please do not bring your own drinks or food to the class.
- This class does not suitable for pregnant women and young children as the workload and the length of class.
Refund and Reschedule
- Please book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
- Possibility of Reschedule is very limited and will be charged £50 per booking.

We started offer cooking classes to commercial clients since 2012. Then it is soon became very popular in general public as well.
