This class is not suitable for pregnant women and children due to the workload and the length of the class.

Refund and Reschedule

Please only book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
There is no refund for cancellation.
Later than 15 minutes to the agreed time will see the booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
Possibility of reschedule is very limited and will be charged £150 per booking.
