What you'll do

Do you like kimchi, freshly made according to your taste? In this Kimchi Making Class for Team Building, you will learn all the essential skills to create authentic kimchi at your office, home or any venue you choose. Of course, it is a fun activity for a birthday party, hen party or any parties!

As you pick up useful pickling and fermenting tips and tricks, your friendly chefs guiding the class will also take you through a journey through Asian culinary history. You will have some physical work to do; someone needs strong hands/arms. Therefore, it is a good idea for teamwork.

The class requires a minimum of cooking to prepare the kimchi sauce. Your chef will bring all facilities and equipment needed. All ingredients are provided as well. You just need to roll up sleeves and be ready for action.

Best for Vegans.
All ages are welcome as long as paid children are accompanied by paid adults.
This class is not suitable for pregnant women due to the workload and the length of the class. Plus, the pickles are all raw food, not ideal for consumption during pregnancy.

Refund and Reschedule

Please book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
There is no refund for cancellation.
Possibility of Reschedule is very limited and will be charged £150 per booking.
We will arrive early to prepare all essentials to allow your event to start on time. However, if in any unforeseen circumstances, the event cannot start after 15 minutes of the agreed time due to your issues, the booking will be cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
