Techniques which can be explored include:

  • Centring clay.
  • Throwing vessels (such as bowls, cylinders, jars and vases).
  • Trimming.

No matter what you choose to cover, you'll have Ronaldo's full support throughout the class, offering you the unique opportunity to learn face-to-face with someone who really knows his stuff. Whether you're coming along solo or sharing the experience with your partner, you'll leave the class with your newfound skills under your belt, ready to take on any future projects.

I am a ceramic artist working and living in London. I am a tutor at Morley North Kensington College and I also run ceramic workshops from my studio in northwest London. In January 2020 I was a participant in the Great Pottery Throw Down which aired on Channel 4 -- it was a fantastic experience!

I have always had a great passion for art! As an artist, I create functional and decorative ceramic art. Most of my pieces are glazed using my own recipes, often inspired by the colours in the countryside of Barbados where I grew up.
