Group Hand Building Pottery Workshop

Bring the whole gang to play with clay at this hand-building pottery class in London.

2 hours Class size 6 to 35 guests     £32 (£100 per class surcharge applies for private classes)
Whether you're looking for London team-building activities your crew will actually enjoy or you want creative hen party ideas to kick off your festivities, bring your group to this pottery class in London and learn to make useful, beautiful items using clay hand-building techniques.
Using just your hands, some professional tools and the clay itself, you and your group will enjoy the soothing, meditative practice of sculpting with clay. Starting with extruded coils of clay, you'll transform this elemental material into anything from cups and mugs to small vases, soap dishes, candle holders and more. You'll also get to decorate/paint with a selection of 8 colours! What's more, this is a BYO event, so you can come prepared with your favourite beverages to enjoy during the class — a brilliant way to break the ice and get the party started!
Even if this is your first time trying out pottery, you'll have plenty of support from your talented hosts, who'll be around to provide inspiration, advice and a helping hand if needed. Ideal for groups of all ages and abilities, you'll each leave the class with your handmade ceramic item, some nifty new sculpting techniques and plenty of wonderful memories with your friends or colleagues.
At the end of the session your sculpted piece will be professionally glazed and fired for you to gift or use at home!
Please note: The teacher can accommodate 6-25 participants at their studio. If you want to book for a larger group of 25-100 people, the teacher is mobile to a location of your choice anywhere in London.
A surcharge of £100 applies to workshops outside our studio, covering transportation and congestion costs, etc.
