Our expert teacher Amanda will guide you through a simple step-by-step process, ensuring you feel supported throughout the class.
Don't worry if you've never tried wheel throwing before. This taster class is designed for beginners, and our small class sizes of up to six students ensure you'll receive plenty of individual attention.
Now, let's explore your options:
Craft: Make a pot - With air-dry clay, you can take your pots home right away. Once dry, you can paint them at your own pace and proudly display them in your home. Please note, these pots are not suitable for food or drink, but they make for beautiful decorations. The painting process will be explained at the end of the workshop.
Art: Make, paint & fire a pot - After making your pot, you will return for a 1.5-hour painting workshop. Following firing in the kiln, you can take your masterpiece home. These fired pots are food-safe and suitable for use in the oven and dishwasher.
Whether you choose the art or craft option, this pottery-making workshop offers a fun and creative activity for all. Not only will you leave with your gorgeous handmade pot, but you'll also gain new skills and experiences. It's a perfect activity to enjoy in London, whether you're looking for something fun to do or searching for a unique gift.
