This is the ideal demonstration for someone who is new to Infusible Ink as you'll be taken through the very basics to help you understand all the capabilities.
The Hobbycraft expert will be using Infusible Inks with the Cricut Bottle Bag to demonstrate how to personalise gifts to make them really stand out. They’ll also show you how to use the Infusible Ink pen to create customised coasters for your home.
There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the tutorial to ask any Cricut questions you may have.

I really enjoyed this class and learnt so much as I have never used Infusable Ink. The teacher was so much fun and even when things didn't go according to plan she adjusted and made it work. The hobbycraft store is lovely and airy and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed the fact we talked about other crafts too and what each of us like to do, which made me feel at ease and like I was talking to someone how understood.

Paula was friendly and helpful, and had clearly been using Cricut a while.
Overall the session was good, however I guess as a cost saving exercise a canvas bag was reused (already had infusible ink pattern on it) and the ink sheets came out a bit wishy-washy so didn't really sell the product to me. Also we didn't use the infusible ink pens on a coaster

This is the third workshop I have done with Shane. Again he answered all my questions and tailored the workshop to what I was wanting to learn. He also explained all the materials and examples of how and when you would use them. None of the three courses I have done with Shane have felt rushed. If you are thinking of doing one of these workshops I would thoroughly recommend Shane and the Northampton store.

Venue was good, although a good 10 m-15 mins were spent trying to find a code to unlock a piece of equipment. Sarah was a very personable instructor and knew the subject well. However, it seems that she hadn't been informed that she was teaching a workshop & didn't even know what the workshop subject was, until we told her. This does not aide your staff or encourage professionalism. The hour flew by and Sarah was very helpful. Only cost £5, so was well worth it.

Did the Infusible ink session this morning at Rushden Lakes. Class was good. Learnt how to use the cricut to cut the infusible ink transfer sheets and then how to apply to a mug using the mug press and how to use the heat press to apply to an apron. Learnt lots.

Penny the tutor was excellent, but the tutorial space and the IT requirements are very poor. This is my second course and both times the android tablets were unable to connect to the Cricuts so we couldn’t see examples actually created. Also shoppers just stopped and joined in. There needs to be a private room off the shop floor.

Cheryl was great at explaining how the Infusible ink worked in comparison to iron on vinyl, she then went through the various stages of design, cutting, placement and using the heatpress. Our teacher was great! Really friendly and informative.
The product was impressive however it’s not compatible with the materials I work with.
It was good to learn about a new way of doing things though.

Sarah look the class. It was only a watch & learn class. Wish it could have been a bit more hands on. Sarah answered all the questions I had . Really enjoyed the class Sarah was great just wish I could had just had a go myself

Yvonne had so much knowledge and enthusiasm which was very clear in the workshop. She created some brilliant crib sheets based on her knowledge and trial and tested methods. Very handy for both newbies and existing Cricut users.

Really enjoyed the workshop today. Miriam was very confident in her presentation and thorough but concise with explanations. Also really friendly and approachable.
We tried both the pens and sheets with mixed results, which is good in itself. Really appreciated being able to work with the materials before committing to purchase. I thought the length of time was just right and was able to ask questions as we went along and afterwards. I would definitely recommend Hobbycraft workshops to others.

Great hour learning. Linda was a great teacher. Bit disappointed we could’t use the heat press to actually finish what we had created as felt learning the whole process under a controlled environment would have been better just in case something went wrong and could be corrected.

The class was very good value for money and was very close to my home. The teacher was brilliant and was very knowledgeable. All materials were provided and I came home with a memento - a coaster we had put a design on using infusible ink. I. Ow know what materials I need and how to use the . I would definitely recommend this course.

Was good and interesting, but a bit quick with three of us, asking questions.
Think it’s something you have to progress slowly understanding.
However a suggestion instead of throwing away ( after displaying) makes, perhaps put in basket near tills be ideal for a quick unusual pick me up gift, with little price, perhaps £1 due to materials. Your tutor did very well fielding questions, and displaying method of Infusible ink. Think maybe a one to one with a have a go for person trying to learn, Thankyou

Teaching by Penny was excellent but she was let down by the technology. Could not connect the Cricut machines to the tablets. This meant we could not have a full learning experience. Penny did well to teach us whet she could in these difficult circumstances. I wanted to see specifically how to use infusible ink in design space.
I also think for an hour, a dedicated private space is needed and ideally, a seat!
Could not fault the teaching but disappointed with the set up.

The class was good but the downside was that they didn't have any infusible markers to show us so the person had to show us with a marker so feel a bit let down wasn't the woman's fault was lack of equipment

This was a great class using infusible ink sheets and pens on a cloth bag, that I could keep. The teacher Gemma was lovely and I enjoyed spending the time with her. The class was one on one and I was able to ask lots of questions. It was held at my local shop which was a great location for me.
I will definitely want to do more classes there.

Just learnt a lot about ink infused crucit. Was amazed at all the tips Stacie gave me. Also looked at difference between ink infused and vinyl iron on. Lots to think about and need to get new machine. Can't wait to get started.
