How can we help?
Q: Can I bring my own vessel to the terrarium workshop?
Yes, absolutely. We just need to know in advance. Pricing depends on the size and suitability of the vessel. In some cases there may be a small discount, no change in price, or an additional fee. If you send us the dimensions ahead of time, we will confirm the cost before your workshop.
Q: Can I bring a friend to just sit in and watch?
No, sorry. Our workshops have limited seating and work space, so we cannot accommodate non participating guests. This is why we offer a shared terrarium ticket, which allows two people to attend together while making one terrarium.
Q: Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many people attend solo and it is always a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
Q: Can I eat or drink during the workshop?
Drinks are welcome and available to purchase. At some point the table does get very messy (think plant soil everywhere!) so please eat something small at the beginning of the workshop!
Q: Is the workshop suitable for children?
Our workshops are designed for adults and older teens. If you are considering bringing someone under 14, please email us first so we can advise.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 1 day before the class

Ivy and the Wolf started by Sanne, a plant-enthusiast from the Netherlands.Starting as an online business in 2019, we opened our first brick and mortar store in the heart of Crystal Palace London during the pandemic. We are an indoor plant shop and cafe with a large range of tropical plants, cacti and succulents, but also a large selection of interesting pots, homewares and accessories. We have a particular love for unusual and unconventional plants so you will most likely find something you have never seen before! Having previously worked as a workshop host, owner Sanne wanted to combine her plant-knowledge with her love for teaching, and that's how we started hosting workshops in the shop.Sanne loves to share her knowledge and can answer pretty much any question you might have.
