As there was nobody else booked, it ended up being just the two of us, which made it feel really special and personal. We had all the attention, could ask lots of questions, and everything was explained at a relaxed pace. It never felt rushed, and we learned so much while genuinely enjoying ourselves. A really calming, hands-on experience, we’d absolutely recommend it.

Kai clearly has a passion for terraria and was full of all sorts of helpful information and interesting facts. It also gives you a nice memento of the day. Communication with ArtPlay was very easy and Bliss was really helpful with our queries.

The materials provided for the workshop felt high quality and we had a lot of choice to personalise our terrarium. It was a really relaxing workshop and I couldn't believe how quickly the time went. I was really pleased with the outcome and what I took away is now a lovely addition to my home. I would recommend it to anyone for a nice weekend activity either to be done alone or with a plus one. My daughter bought this for me as a gift and it was easy for me to access the gift through email.

Given the price, we felt it didn't offer great value. While the instructor was nice, they lacked engagement, and the process of making a terrarium wasn’t particularly enjoyable —there wasn’t much room for creativity. Having attended several similar classes before, we found this one to be underwhelming in comparison.

Our teacher, Kai, was very educational and taught us fun facts about terrariums and guided us throughout the entire process. I liked how it was very simple and the materials were already laid out but I was a bit disappointed to see only fittonias being used. Nonetheless I would recommend this class and art play for other classes.

I've now left with a very pretty terrarium that's sat on my desk away from direct sunlight but in a mid temperature, light and airy space. Would do another class again!

Had a go with the Terrarium class and the instructor Kai was super friendly and informative while also being extremely patient especially with my slow terrarium building skills. The space felt safe and enjoyable to learn an art form that I am a novice at. Highly recommend taking your partner or family to these classes. Thank you for the experience!!!!

The teacher was great at explaining what to do, as well as the reasoning behind adding different elements to the terrarium. We all left the class with beautiful terrariums and the knowledge of how to create other ones ourselves in the future. Would definitely recommend!
