This pottery class is ideal for complete beginners and will teach you the basic steps to throwing a pot on the wheel. Come along with your family or friends and learn to make pottery together. You'll be guided throughout your pottery making by a friendly and experienced local teacher who will take you through the wheel throwing process step by step.

During this pottery throwing workshop, you'll gain a basic understanding of pottery, including types of clay, throwing methods and the firing process. With expert guidance and support from your experienced ceramic artist teacher, you will get hands-on with your own clay creation and make something awesome to keep.

Following your pottery class, your ceramic masterpiece will be fired and glazed by your pottery teacher ready for collection in around three weeks.

By the end of your workshop, you'll have gained some brilliant foundational pottery skills and you'll head home with increased confidence and a great sense of accomplishment having created your very own pot.
