Learn how to cook seafood in London and master the art of creating perfect fish and shellfish dishes in this intensive class with Chef Stefano!
Working with a variety of sustainably sourced seafood you’ll be shown what to look out for when buying fish and shellfish to ensure you get the best quality every time.
Then it’s time to brush up on your knife skills and learn everything from descaling to pin-boning and beyond. You’ll be shown how to fillet all shapes of fish then prepare and cook some delicious Italian recipes that will impress your family and friends and make welcome additions to your culinary repertoire.
The class will combine demonstrations with hands-on cooking, allowing you to enhance your culinary skills in a beginner-friendly environment.
Sample menu:
  • Marinated carpaccio of black bream dressing with fennel and orange
  • Deep-fried calamari
  • Slow-cooked calamari in tomato and chilli sauce
  • Sabia’s pasta with clams
  • Baked seabream with crispy potatoes and tomatoes
  • Pancakes filled with crab in spinach sauce
  • White fish stock
After the cooking, sit down for lunch with the group and enjoy your fresh and tasty dishes with a glass of wine.
