What you'll do
Looking for fun London activities for private groups? Whether you're celebrating a hens party, team building event or birthday party, join La Cucina Caldesi to learn pasta making for beginners for your next special occasion!
Guided by our experienced chef, this is the perfect class to unwind with your group while picking up some exciting new cooking skills. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the chef who will offer you your Caldesi apron, a glass of Prosecco (or cappuccino, depending on the time of day) and some nibbles.
After introductions, it's time to get cooking! The class will involve making two fresh pasta recipes from making the dough to rolling, cutting and stuffing. After this, we'll make a seasonal Italian dessert.
Once everything is cooked and ready, sit down to enjoy your meal with a glass of wine or a cold beer and connect with your group. Upon leaving the school we are happy to provide you with takeaway boxes should you wish to take home some of the food, and a full recipe booklet will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the class.

Team building and competitive cooking:
Any of our group classes can be given a fun, competitive edge. Teams will be judged not just on the flavour of the food but on presentation, timing and communication.
The chef will present a prize, chosen by you, to the winners. Ask for a list of prizes, such as signed cookbooks, homemade Italian biscuits and wine, when requesting your class or communicating with La Cucina Caldesi.
Please note: Pasta classes are not suitable for guests affected by Coeliac disease.
