This unique La Cucina Caldesi class is inspired by chef-owners Giancarlo and Katie's many research trips to the Amalfi coast while writing their book “The Amalfi Coast – A Collection Of Italian Recipes’.
You’ll get hands-on experience preparing delicious dishes such as deep-fried mozzarella sandwiches, lemon ravioli, and more, followed by a delightful lunch where you'll enjoy everything you've made accompanied by regional wines.
Throughout the workshop, Chef Stefano will guide you through a combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations, making the experience enjoyable and educational. You’ll work with quality ingredients and create authentic Amalfi dishes, with potential variations based on seasonal availability and dietary preferences. Expect to leave feeling confident and inspired to recreate these delectable dishes at home.
Immerse yourself in the flavours and techniques of the Amalfi region during this engaging activity. By the end of the class, not only will you have learned how to prepare a range of delightful Italian dishes, but you’ll also have gained a memorable culinary experience to cherish.
