They say that life is too short to make fresh pasta but actually, once you’ve mastered the art of making the silky, sheeny slithers of succulence it’s unlikely you’ll look back! Join us for this unique pasta making class in London and learn how to cook a variety of dishes from scratch.
This step-by-step cooking class is aimed at aspiring cooks who are passionate about Italian food and are keen to learn how to make a range of authentic regional fresh pasta. Find out how to roll and cut long pasta such as tagliatelle, how to stuff ravioli and more.
You'll also recreate a selection of classic Italian pasta sauces to complement your new skills and dishes. Don't worry if you're an absolute beginner – this workshop combines hands-on tutoring with demonstrations to guide you through each step. We'll provide you with traditional ingredients and tools, allowing you to gain confidence as you craft your delicious dishes.
Sample menu:
- Fresh pasta dough
- Fresh Genovese pesto
- Classic tomato sauce
- Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with butter, sage and pine nuts sauce
- Traditional lasagne with ragù sauce
