What you'll do
Calling all sweet tooths! Join us for this exciting dessert making class in London where you'll learn the art of crafting chocolate and macaroons from scratch.
Our baking supremo Stefano will show you his favourite, fail-safe macaroon recipe before you get hands-on cooking a selection of different coloured and flavoured versions – all uniform size and baked to perfection.
You’ll create some wonderfully tasty fillings and to make things even sweeter, learn how to make some mouth-watering chocolate truffles too. Don't worry if you're new to dessert making – Stefano will provide expert guidance, ensuring your creations turn out perfectly every time.
As a finale to the class, Stefano will demonstrate working with chocolate including tempering and there will be a short chocolate tasting too. As you can probably tell, this class is a must for those with a sweet tooth!
