During the class, you’ll create an array of toppings using a selection of seasonal ingredients.We’ll also show you how to make an authentic focaccia to take home as well as a tasty Italian salad to complement your pizzas. There'll be plenty of demonstrations and guided, hands-on cooking throughout the day, so don't worry if you're a complete beginner.
