In this hands-on cooking class in London, you will learn the secrets to mixing, shaping and filling the perfect ravioli. This is a BYOB cooking experience, so feel free to bring along your favourite drink.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)
Butternut:
Butternut squash, lemon and thyme ravioli with a beurre noisette.
Dietary information: Suitable for vegetarians. Can cater for LF on request.

Pear and gorgonzola:
Pear and gorgonzola ravioli with a beurre noisette.
Dietary information: Suitable for vegetarians.

Mushroom:
Creamy truffle mushroom ravioli with a beurre noisette.
Dietary information: Suitable for vegetarians.

Spinach and ricotta:
Spinach and ricotta ravioli with a beurre noisette.
Dietary information: Suitable for vegetarians.

Your expert teachers will guide you every step of the way, so pasta newbies don't have anything to worry about. They'll start your session off with a handy demonstration as they show you how to make pasta, filling and sauce.

Then it's time for you to roll up your sleeves get stuck in! You'll leave with loads of confidence to keep masking pasta at home from scratch to impress your family and friends.

Sit down with your meal, drinks, and fellow classmates and enjoy the fruits of your labour. It's the perfect London workshop for team building events or date nights for the foodies among us.

Please note:
This class is suitable for 16-year-olds and above however under 16s are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult/guardian, everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
