In this authentic cooking class, drawing recipes from Katie and Giancarlo’s best-seller cookery book “Tuscany: Simple Meals and Fabulous Feasts”, our resident Chef Stefano Borella will introduce you to the careful preparation of delicious typical Tuscan dishes, leading to a traditional Tuscan meal paired with regional wine.
From the heart of Tuscany to the heart of Marylebone, this is a perfect class for lovers of Italian food. Complete beginners are welcome to try their hand at this cooking class, which will be an easy-to-follow combination of hands-on tutoring and demonstrations.
Sample menu:
- Crostini Neri
- Ravioli di Mugello
- Pici Aglione
- Rabbit or chicken stew in white wine
- Polenta
- Sautéed leaves chilli and garlic
- Marietta's panna cotta
