Having worked on three Amazon bestselling low-carb cookbooks with Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi, Stefano has a vast selection of recipes to talk about and has had both triumphs and failures for you to learn from!
You'll be amazed at how easy it is to enjoy a healthy diet that looks and tastes just as good as the carb version and doesn’t leave you feeling hungry. This class is open to all levels including beginners and will combine hands-on cooking with demonstrations.
