What you'll do
Roll up your sleeves and get baking with Chef Stefano at this hands-on dessert making class in London. From lemon tarts to choux pastry, you'll learn all the secrets to making classic and delicious Italian desserts.
New to the world of cakes and pastries? No problem! This baking class is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the basics of dessert making. It combines helpful demonstrations and hands-on tutoring to ensure you can replicate these amazing dishes at home.
After his training at the Savoy and Churchill, Chef Stefano has been teaching patisserie for 10 years. A member of the Academy of Culinary Arts, he is a perfectionist and loves encouraging others to bake. Under his guidance, learn how to make a light and airy Italian Genovese sponge cake, his signature and customer-favourite lemon tart, choux pastry for mini-filled beignets, pasta frolla for a pear tart and a frangipane tart, and more.
After four hours, sit down and enjoy a light lunch cooked by Stefano and a taster of your pastries. Anything you don't eat can be taken home to share with family and friends.
