Learn with support from expert teacher, Marni. Having grown up in the heart of Bangkok, Marni’s recipes are a love letter to her roots. From making coconut milk and tamarind sauce from scratch, Marni has grown extensive knowledge of international cuisines and developed a deep understanding of flavour combinations and pairings. Tune into Marini's passion for cooking Thai dishes and learn how to create some stunning dishes.

This cooking class celebrates the food popularly eaten at Thai new year. Sample dishes include:

Thai vegetable spring rolls.
Tom Kha Goong.
Thai pineapple fried rice.

During this flavour-filled cooking class in London, you'll learn:

the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.
how to fill, fold and season Thai Spring rolls correctly.
how to master Thai seasoning with herbs and spices and what seasoning to use to make delicious Thai dishes every time!

The last half an hour of your cooking workshop is reserved for enjoying your creations, alongside a well-deserved glass of wine.
