An aromatic and flavoursome curry made with a lemongrass and garlic paste with spices and coconut milk served with fragrant jasmine rice.
Mini Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Deep-fried Vietnamese spring rolls filled with lemongrass and pork mince served with a sweet chilli dip.
Glass Noodle Salad
A delicious and fresh salad packed full of flavour with glass noodles, vegetables, mixed herbs and garnished with deep-fried shallots and peanuts and dressed with Nuoc Cham.
