What you'll do
Get the School of Wok experience at home with this online class guided by experienced chef Jeremy Pang. If you're on the hunt for some new things to make at home for dinner, this virtual experience is the perfect inspiration.
Hot off his ITV show, Jeremy can't wait to introduce you to some delicious Asian dishes from his newest cookbook that you can whip up in your own kitchen time and time again! It's completely beginner-friendly and will help you sharpen your knife skills and gain a better understanding of the key ingredients and flavours of South East Asian cuisine.
A list of all the ingredients you need will be sent out before the class and it will include a few suggested swaps for any dietary requirements.
During this two-hour live online cooking class, you will learn to cook charred pork chops, Makmak fried noodles and spicy homemade sambal. This mouthwatering meal will then be ready to dive into once the class is over, and you'll have all the knowledge you need to make it again for some lucky loved ones.
