Get ready for an amazing 3-hour cooking experience that will unleash your inner chef! Our 3 hr classes are designed to give you a hands-on experience of 2 1/2 hours of cooking, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy your creations with a well-deserved glass of wine.

Thai Crispy Rice Salad: Discover the secrets to the perfect crispy texture. Harmonious blend of fresh herbs, citrus, and a tantalising dressing.
Thai Yellow Chicken Curry: Learn the art of crafting a rich coconut-based curry. Succulent chicken pieces infused with aromatic spices.
Spicy Beef Noodles: Experience bold and spicy flavours. Tender beef, vibrant vegetables, and a flavourful broth.

Our menus might contain allergens such as nuts, shellfish, gluten and egg. We can cater towards those who have allergies by providing alternative recipes or ingredients.
We also offer Halal alternatives whenever possible in our cooking classes.

Half-Thai Dominique Woolf was the Winner of Channel 4’s ‘The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver’. She wowed the judges with her simple, accessible Asian recipes, and her book, Dominique’s Kitchen, became a Sunday Times bestseller. Dominique now contributes recipes to magazines such as BBC Good Food, Ocado Life and Sainsbury’s and has her own award-winning food range ‘The Woolf’s Kitchen’ of Asian sauces, chilli oils and pastes inspired by those her Thai auntie used to make. Her products are stocked in The Co-op and Selfridges. Dominique is passionate about sharing her love of big, bold flavours and Asian cuisine. She lives in London with her husband and three little taste testers.
