Serious about sushi? Come along and learn to rock and sushi roll with the experts at School of Wok! During this three hour cooking class, you will learn everything from how to perfectly season your sushi to how to neatly fill, roll and tuck. You'll master the art of a variety of sushi shapes from hand rolls (temaki), simple rolls (hosomaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki). You'll even learn how to make delicious Japanese Gyoza to accompany your sushi! Don't worry if this is your first foray into the world of sushi-making, as you'll be guided by experts in an encouraging and supportive environment. You'll leave full of deliciousness as an expert roller with the skills to whip up a sushi storm at home. So what are you waiting for? Ditch the supermarket sushi and lets 'maki' something special together! Please note:
