I chose this class because you learn to bake from scratch and decorate them. We baked chocolate and vanilla sponges and received a piping demo of chocolate and vanilla fudge ideas from Anne Marie, including a flower design. Topped the cakes off with various sprinkles and gold glitter spray, they looked so professional. We had a really fun afternoon and I can highly recommend this course.
