Get to grips with essential kitchen skills and learn how to cook on a budget with this fun, hands-on batch cooking class in Warwick.
In this workshop, you'll learn to whip up a delicious lentil lasagne accompanied by garlic bread and then use the leftover lentil mix to make a hearty cottage pie and chilli. Welcoming teacher Anne Marie will show you how to use your time more effectively and make the most out of your freezer — it's a batch cook's best friend!
You'll also learn how to use each element to create a selection of exquisite dishes at home, from dhal, soup and simple bread to macaroni cheese, pizza and even plant-based milk. If you're looking for gift experiences for a student or loved one who's a bit of a kitchen catastrophe, this class could be right up your street.
You'll create most of your dishes in pairs before tackling your moreish garlic bread individually. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner, as with small group sizes and plenty of one-to-one support from Anne Marie, you'll finish with boosted confidence and plenty of food to take home and share.
Please note:
All dishes can be made vegan and gluten-free very easily (please state on the form when booking if you require this).
