Explore cooking styles, techniques and flavours from two different countries while whipping up a mouthwatering meal at this pasta making experience from The Dough House!

Led by a talented guide, you'll start by making your dessert, a delicious tiramisu pudding, before you prepare fresh tomato and garlic sauce to begin your pasta making journey.

You'll then create homemade ravioli, tortellini, and tagliatelle from scratch as you learn how to make pasta dough and cover rolling, cutting and filling your shapes.

Whether you're an experienced pasta maker or you've always wanted to learn how to cook this comforting classic, come and unwind in a welcoming kitchen filled with the exquisite flavours of Italian and Turkish cuisine.

As your class draws to a close, you'll uncork the wine, set up the table together and enjoy eating, drinking and chatting under a beautiful floral roof!

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

  • Traditional Italian ravioli with a delicious vegetarian filling.
  • Baked sourdough Turkish ravioli with traditional Turkish filling (minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and spices).
  • Tiramisu pudding.

Please note: a vegetarian menu is available upon request.

Welcome to The Dough House!

We run homely cooking and baking experiences where you can gain new skills and at the same time share some fun with family and friends, connect with other people and celebrate a special occasion.

The Dough House was created by Fulden, and started with a deep respect for food and traditions based on family heritage, travels and work experience. Fulden has been baking and cooking with her mother and her grandmother since she was a child.

Her goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly and inviting to both children and adults. She loves to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen.

Professionally, Fulden has a training and development and management background in the corporate food and beverage industry. She also ran her own boutique cafe in Warwickshire.
