At Cartlands Tea Rooms, Kings Heath ParkGet creative this Christmas and join us for a wonderful festive experience, creating your very own gorgeous grazing box to take home and share with family and friends.Using a delicious selection of locally produced and carefully sourced ingredients, we’ll guide you through the art of creating a beautifully presented grazing box, filled with cheeses, meats, homemade savouries, fresh produce and festive accompaniments.With direction, you’ll learn how to arrange, style and bring your grazing box to life. No previous experience is needed!Each box is bespoke and we can cater for your dietary needs with requests made prior to arrival.What to ExpectDuring this relaxed, 90-minute workshop, you’ll receive friendly guidance and hands-on direction in creating your own beautiful grazing arrangement.You’ll discover how to fold and style meats, arrange cheeses, balance colours and textures, and add those little finishing touches that make a grazing box look truly special.All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided, and you’ll leave with your own gorgeous creation, ready to enjoy at home.Optional Wooden Chopping BoardWould you prefer to display your creation on a beautiful wooden chopping board?You’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to a wooden serving board for an additional charge, creating a lovely presentation piece that can be enjoyed long after Christmas.Vegetarian options available with advance notice.Booking essential. Each booking admits one workshop participant, who will create one grazing box designed for sharing between two or four people.
