We booked this for a friend's birthday for 7 of us. We all really enjoyed the painting and our teacher was helpful and pleasant to us during the session giving us feedback about our art as we created. We did learn some relevant techniques regarding oil painting and how to get the colours we needed for our painting and also building of colours to improve our final masterpiece! We booked this for a friend's birthday. The teacher was really lovely and helpful. The venue was great, and all the materials provided were excellent. We sculpted some pinch pots, coasters, jewellery dishes, incense holders, etc.

Tutor Chris is extremely patient - clearly has come across clumsy twits like me before! Having explained and demonstrated the whole process in simple terms, we then worked in pairs to have a go for ourselves. Chris was absolutely lovely and the class was so fun! Weekday was quiet so was just myself and a friend for a birthday activity, which was preferable for us. Learnt technique of throwing clay, how to shape and sculpt also. Got to make two items each. Highly recommend. Great teacher, nice to chat with, very patient and thorough for us beginners. Will be rebooking in the future!
