We booked this for a friend's birthday. The teacher was really lovely and helpful. The venue was great, and all the materials provided were excellent. We sculpted some pinch pots, coasters, jewellery dishes, incense holders, etc.

The studio is well.located in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham, easily accessible by car, bus, tram or train. A very informal and friendly environment helped to put us at ease. Tutor Chris is extremely patient - clearly has come across clumsy twits like me before! Chris was absolutely lovely and the class was so fun! Weekday was quiet so was just myself and a friend for a birthday activity, which was preferable for us. Learnt technique of throwing clay, how to shape and sculpt also. Got to make two items each. Highly recommend. Great teacher, nice to chat with, very patient and thorough for us beginners. Will be rebooking in the future!

This was a birthday present. Amber was fab, so patient, attentive and knowledgable. Venue was small but pretty location, im not sure I would take a course here in the winter. Materials were fantastic, beautiful presentation, loved having our own box, which really helped. My husband was bought the pottery experience for a birthday gift. It was fantastic. 2 hours flew by, and Abi was a brilliant host. She gave great instruction and praise but also helped to correct us when we'd gone awry. Cannot wait to get our items back once they've been fired!
